Black Eyed Peas' Fergie has landed a role in the new musical movie 'Nine' that will hit our screens next year!She will star alongside actresses such as Nicole Kidman, Kate Hudson and Penelope Cruz in this top production.
This musical follows the life of a film director, 'Guido Contini' (played by Daniel Day-Lewis) who's in the process of completeing his next film. However, he has far too many women in his life, a wife, a mistress, a muse and a protege.
Fergie, 33, will be playing a character called 'Saraghina' who introduces 'Guido Contini' to the world of sexuality, helping confuse him along his journey!
She will also be dueting with Daniel Day-Lewis in the musical on a track called 'Be Italian'.
This music was originally a broadway production which won five Tony Awards including 'Best Musical'.
First, Beyonce starred in a musical and now its Fergie turn... It's musical mania for these pop stars!
I am soo excited to see this film! Lets just hope it can do as much justice!
